Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DestinyNTP. We want you to love your purchase—if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items under the terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Time frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase: A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale or clearance items marked “non-returnable” at checkout
  • Personalized or custom-printed products

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at destiny.ntp.es@gmail.com with:

  • Photos of the defect or incorrect item
  • Your order number

We will arrange a prepaid return and either ship a replacement at no extra cost or refund you in full.


3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at destiny.ntp.es@gmail.com with “Return Request” in the subject line, including your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll reply within 1 business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
  • Package securely: Include all original tags, packaging, and your RA number on the outside of the box.
  • Ship the package using a trackable service. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
  • Refund method: We will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of acceptance.
  • Refund amount:

            -Product price

            -Excludes original outbound shipping costs and return shipping fees (unless item was defective/incorrect).


5. Exchanges

If you’d prefer to exchange for a different size or color:

  • Follow the same return procedure above.
  • After we receive your original item, we’ll process your exchange and ship the new item (subject to availability).
  • Exchange shipping: We cover outbound shipping on one exchange per order; additional exchanges incur a €5 flat fee.

6. Cancellations

  • Before shipment: You may cancel your order by emailing destiny.ntp.es@gmail.com.
  • After shipment: Please follow the return process once you receive your order.
