Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on DestinyNTP.com. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms below regarding processing, delivery, and related fees.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET on a business day will be processed the same day; orders placed after will be processed the next business day.

  • Backorders & Pre-Orders: If an item is on backorder or pre-order, its estimated ship date will be indicated on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

3. Free Shipping

  • We offer free Standard EU shipping on all orders over €150 (after discounts, before tax).
  • This promotion applies automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other shipping discounts.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • EU Customers: All duties and VAT are included in checkout.
  • International Customers: Orders shipped outside the EU may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. DestinyNTP is not responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office for details.

5. Shipment Notifications & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information.
  • You can track your package online via the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

  • Delivery Delays: Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or extreme weather. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at destiny.ntp.es@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.

7. Changing or Cancelling an Order

  • Before Shipment: To change or cancel an order, please email destiny.ntp.es@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can accommodate requests only if your order has not yet shipped.
  • After Shipment: If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled; you may return unwanted items under our Return Policy.
