3.2 All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping & customs fees (if any) are calculated at checkout.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Placing an order is an offer to purchase under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 We ship Worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Domestic (EU): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

5.2 You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
5.3 We are not responsible for delays due to customs, force majeure, or incorrect address information.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 You may return unworn, unwashed Products with original tags within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).
6.2 To initiate a return, email destiny.ntp.es@gmail.com with your order number.
6.3 Exchanges (size or color) are subject to stock availability and may incur additional shipping fees.

7. Promotional Codes & Discounts

7.1 Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.
7.2 We reserve the right to cancel or amend promotions at any time.
